Reinstall Xbox 360 Controller Driver on Windows 10. Click ‘View’ in the menu items, and then click on ‘Show Hidden Devices’. Once through this step, a lot of devices which were previously hidden, will show up. Go to ‘Universal Serial Bus’ and find the ‘Xbox 360 Drivers’. Using the truobleshooter in W7 I get this response: 'Xbox controller has a driver problem'. I've tried to install/reinstall the driver with an installer I found online ( xb1usb.11059.0.140526x64 ), downloaded the driver from Microsoft Downlad Center and installed using Microsofts own instructions, and I tried several other ways without success. Error: “USB Device not recognized” when you try to access a USB external hard drive.
